The committee members are your neighbors and want to help you complete a successful project.

All changes to a lot or exterior of a home in appearance, color, material, texture or placement must be submitted, reviewed and approved by the Architectural Review Committee prior to commencement of construction. Regular maintenance that does not change the original appearance of the home / lot does not require approval.
